Step-by-step Instructions for using Wrike

First, I click on the + icon in the Spaces area. A page appears with templates to choose from, but I skip those and select Create Blank.

This takes me to the page where I can create my first space. Here, I name my space, marketing, make it private, and invite my team members by email. I give my space a name and click Create.

My new marketing space opens up. I click the Home icon to go back to the main dashboard, and I can see my new space has been added.

Next, I select Folder from the left panel. Then, I name my folder and choose the view I want. For now, I choose List, but I can change this anytime.

I can see my newly created folder in the left panel.

Now, I will add a project within the folder I just created. To do this, I click the + icon again. But this time, I chose Project.

I give my project a name, “Email Campaign,” and select a start and end date, then choose my view. I click Create, and my new project appears above my folder on the left.
