Table of Contents

These days, there's a lot of stuff to read online - like articles, blogs, and reports. It's great to have all this information, but it can take ages to go through it all and find the important parts.

TLDR uses AI to make short summaries of long texts. It grabs the main points like the title, author, and how long it'll take to read. But the best part is that it picks out the important sentences and ideas and gets rid of the extra stuff.

My team uses TLDR to quickly understand important content without reading a whole article. Instead of spending hours reading, we can get the main points in just a few seconds with TLDR.

Key Features

Some notable key features are:

  • TLDR This uses advanced AI to quickly summarize articles, docs, and essays
  • There's a browser extension that lets you summarize any webpage with just one click
  • It can automatically extract details like the author and date from articles
  • Choose between short/concise and detailed/section-wise summaries

Process of using TLDR this

First, I click on the button “Summarize Now - IT’S FREE” in the interface. After clicking on the AI tool, I am presented with a box where I can upload my content.

There are three options for summarizing my text. I simply click Add text, and an empty box appears on my screen, where I can enter my prompt.
